Strength isn’t built in the breakthroughs. It’s built in the days no breakthrough comes. The quiet, heavy days. Discipline carries you forward, and grace reminds you why.
Hold on to both.
That’s how resilience is born.

I’ve seen that many poets and writers have a cat. I have a 3 months old dog that’s quite hyperactive. And yet, whenever I sit down with a book or a notebook to write, he calms down and sleeps. What a good supporter he is!

Sometimes all it takes is to open your eyes and the world gets brighter. And yet, many people live with their eyes tightly shut. Many don’t know how to open them, and some cannot. I think what’s important is compassion. To be their eyes that see, and the light that makes their world brighter.

Starting a new social media account is like opening a book on a random page. You have no idea what it is about, while everyone else has already read the whole thing.
