Being adopted at birth is wild bc it’s like the first thing to ever happen to you is trauma. Even in best cases, babies are simply put through intense stress at separation, it impacts the brain, nervous system and whole body. They never know a life without trauma.

Today’s class was the first one where I felt not miserable and rather capable. Still don’t have the stamina the kids do, but they also aren’t coming back from a 16 year hiatus 😂

Ive been taking Irish Dance classes for two months now! I have improved a lot, and its a bit less painful. It's fun to do things where progress is noticeable.

I love photographing dancers from the Tulsa Ballet. They are highly technical dancers and have beautiful lines, so it makes my job super easy because every shot is pretty much perfect
