Most people don't realize that the success of their business depends on their nervous system.

It wants to keep you safe.
And coding more features feels safe.

4 self-sabotaging acts, you probably weren't aware of:

Funny how life evolves.

Originally, I wanted to be a car mechanic.

I even did an amazing internship at a Porsche garage.
I loved every second, but realized my body type might not be suitable for the job.

Ultimately, I decided to study physics.
Good choice.

How about you?

It really depends on the segment and demographic.
Personally, I don't even have social media installed on my phone. I use it to make calls, take pictures and to help identify plants.
Although fun most of the time and nice to connect, it seems to be an endless treadmill.
I wonder.
😂 and I've made sure to put a proper CTA below it.
uh, do you have any idea what could have caused it? So weird, because what you promote is completely legit.
this thing needs to get some manners honestly. It can't be that bad.
super weird. Then it looks like someone is just testing something. Maybe building bot farms? But why delete them? 🤷‍♀️
Very true. Launches, viral posts - these are traffic peaks at best. Not my main strategy.
Still fun though to experiment and see responses.
couldn't agree more Emir. And of course, the creators should get paid for it. We all know how much time and effort goes into building anything like it.
hehe, I feel so too 👽. And every single one is different, like having a different presence somehow.
No idea. Or do they have links in their bios? Maybe they're a traffic channel. Probably to onlyFans?
They do. And the funny bit: I read this before I went into this market segment, completely ignored the advice, and then learned it the hard way. lol. I'll book that under experience.
😂 brilliant. Don't forget to walk barefoot regularly.
Oh, and maybe add sales?
Love seeing this! You are doing great!!

Although most #indiehackers are very technical, they often don't do the math:

• impressions aren't sales
(improve your conversions)
• churn can be high for some SaaS
(optimize user happiness & need)
• consider fixed and variable costs
(e.g. decrease via open source)

Numbers 😍

Yesterday's post went viral again.

125 likes and 12 reposts, how nice.

Fun fact: I'm playing with structures for hooks a bit, running my own little experiments.

Old school evergreens like contrast, "most people", numbers, and lists still work.

What are your findings?

It's because the technical building is nicely within the comfort zone of the nervous system. Takes creativity and courage to jump out.
😂 even more weird: they're interested in me too.
But at least I also had some male bots following me lol
Making sales comes down to finding the right prospects in their moment of pain.

Fully compliant of course by using public data only.

One agency per niche.

It is! It's the whole purpose of any copy, landing page or outreach message.
And here's the thing: marketing can be very technical too if you do it this way. It's neither magic nor rocket science.
😂 the gif sums it up perfectly.
And made me laugh :)
