Today's Triple-A Monday #capoftheday is the Tacoma Yankees, the name used by the Rainiers for the 1978 season.
It's quite the disaster. The Owlz were screwed by the lack of development of their ballpark. Ultimately being locked out by the city of Windsor. I'm not sure why Elmore Sports didn't look into relocating the Vibes instead of folding them. At least the Jackalopes are relocating.
Today's Unaffiliated Friday #capoftheday is the Rocky Mountain Vibes who announced this week that they will not be returning in 2026. This ends a franchise that began in Medicine Hat, AB in 1977.
Today's Single-A Thursday #capoftheday is the Kannapolis Q's, an alternate identity of the Kannapolis Cannon Ballers.
