Don't forget they don't have to be the fetches people normally think of. Panoramas, Capenna auto-sac lands, Evolving Wilds et al... you have a LOT of options even in monocoloured decks.
Those that know me know I like building weird decks for Magic. One of them is based on Yugioh (deckstats.net/deck-2370548... if you're interested). Found a YGO deck box that will legit hold it: www.yugioh-card.com/en/products/... Put a Commander deck in it, sleeved with Dragon Shields, and it fits!

One of my favourite categories to consider when it comes to finishers is just big bodies I can drop cheap. You're in Golgari so the first thing that comes to mind in that context is Gurmag Angler. But I'd prefer a card like Molten Monstrosity if you can find it. Also don't forget reanimation!

@krismeana.bsky.social Wanted to reply to your comment about Christmas music but couldn't - hope you don't mind this instead! I'm 54, worked in retail most of my life. Had a shift at a gaming store the other day - still October - and Christmas music came on. UGH! At least wait until Nov 11 is over??
Oh... and one other thing: Most cards can be sleeved comfortably in Standard-sized sleeves (I use yellow Dragon Shields). But you need another size for the actual supers (I call them personas, to save on confusion) which are larger than Standard. You'll want everything else sleeved the same though.
The one thing I find interesting about DC is that any of the sufficiently-large expansions (eg Teen Titans) can be played out of the box without mixing it with the original base game, although there's also nothing wrong with mixing them together. I have a Ravnica Gift Box box to keep mine in!
Does the DC Deckbuilding Game fall into this category too? I've been known to play it with some friends and had it become a single six-hour-marathon game - and we enjoyed it thoroughly :D Also chess-clocked it with 25 minutes each between myself and another friend a la MTGO - much fun there too!
I have a monoblue deck for EDH that tries to be a monogreen deck - running Sea Scryers, Mana Drain as a Ritual, and Trinket Mage as Civic Wayfinder for artifact lands - and I'm thinking this might be a much better General for that deck, creating a big X-spell creature. Is this too blue for that?
I just watched this. Are you going to call this deck Spiritual Pooping, or something equally silly? ;) Also when I streamed the other night I covered the "bad" stuff from OG RAV and Vedalken Dismisser came up there too. It tries so hard but costs so much, and in the end it doesn't even matter..
