I don't at all buy the assertion that Scorsese hasn't made a great movie in the 21st century. If you sit through Silence and come away seriously thinking it's in the bottom half of his filmography, I simply think you have bad taste.

Found this Korean channel with a "dating" show where you decide on a person based on the contents of their phone. Sounds interesting, until the participants blow the concept by being boring, eliminating phones that show personality and keeping the ones that suggest the owner is fashionable and fit.

TCGPlayer seller fucked up my order in such a remarkably odd way, I'm actually kind of astounded. Like a third of it is stuff I ordered, another third is stuff I DIDN'T order but still needed, and the rest is bullshit duplicates. Incredible.

It's easy to understand why PSA and other top card graders are getting so much business when you see all the stupid bullshit people are submitting to get graded.
Why are you sending a card to PSA that wouldn't even make back the submission fee even if it were a 10?

I see an AI-generated Short on YouTube with a lot of views, and before I hide the channel, I see the top comments with thousands of likes are "who cares if it's AI? it's funny!"
AI will succeed, not because it's good, but because most "normal" people are too dumb and/or apathetic to art.

It takes much longer for the on-boarding process to hook me into a game now. As a kid, I started up a game and played it for several straight hours, but now I can only play for like 45-60 minutes at a time each day until I reach a point that really makes me go "time to lock in."

This is several hundred more than I assumed. Hell yeah. Not bad for under a year of collecting.

Megabonk became so much more fun when I downloaded the "Toggle Everything" mod, because the game is so overtuned that stage 3 and the final boss are still tedious.

Finished Ghazghkull Thraka and started Brutal Kunnin. After a bunch of human and Astartes-focused stories, I'm really enjoying this change of pace.

Watched One Battle After Another. Long, but paced well and equally tense and hilarious.
Biggest takeaway is that I think I'm in love with Chase Infiniti now. Every close up shot of her was like staring into the sun, an overpowering majesty my eyes could only wish to gaze at.

Accidentally got a super glue stain on my desk mat. I considered replacing it, then I realized I could just... rotate it 180 degrees and the stain would be covered by my keyboard.

It's insane how many people still believe a company MUST sue people over copyright or they lose it. That's TRADEMARK, which is a product's name/logo. You sue over TRADEMARK because if you don't, your product's name becomes genericized (Velcro). Copyright is WAY HARDER to lose.
