The NFL owners have approved the #Panthers’ new lease at Bank of America Stadium and the subsequent non-relocation, according to Tepper Sports & Entertainment spokesperson.

Spokesperson said voting on renovation plans did not take place. Today’s vote was part of the “overall renovation process.”
