oh sweet irony! Russian ICBM nuclear launchers were maintained by Ukraine until 2014.
Ukraine has begun targeting Russia's shadow fleet tankers in the Black Sea. These ships will no longer be able to help Russia export their oil from the Black Sea, halting almost 30% of Russia's total global oil exports. Russia had another ICBM test launch failure.
