You can now compile WinUI 3 yourself! Steps:
1. Use VS2022 (2026 doesn't work)
2. Clone winui3/main branch
3. import src/.vsconfig file
4. run "src/init.cmd". You can ignore the two restore errors.
5. run "src/build.cmd"
