Peated whisky can be amazing, but at Circumstance we made the decision to never use peat. The reasons are simple. Firstly there are no peat bogs in Bristol. Secondly, digging up peat is environmentally and ecologically problematic . More in our blog.

We made a very small batch of 'Ginvieno' gin for Bravas and Gambas restaurants in Bristol. These are the last few bottles.
Botanicals: juniper, coriander, angelica, cassia, orange blossom, pomegranate, coffee bean, all spice, cinnamon, and orange zest.

New Rye Whisky Release!
Made with 51% rye and 49% barley. Fermented using a mead yeast for 14 days. Aged in a 220L ex tawny port cask. Flavours of toasted almonds, dried apricots, dried figs, black pepper, mace and cinnamon.
