A cold and rainy day called for some homemade Paneer Tikka Masala - wishing #FoodSky came with smell-o-vision because this smells divine.
Up close and personal with a pot of Paneer Tikka Masala made from scratch thanks to Khushbu Shah's "Amrikan" recipe book. It's a reddish sauce featuring bites of white paneer and a sprinkle of green fenugreek (that's what you can see, but there's so much more in it!).
