Wilders mag kritiek geven, maar bewust valse claims over verkiezingsfraude kunnen vallen onder smaad/laster (art. 261-262 Sr) of onrechtmatige daad (6:162 BW). Als dit het vertrouwen in verkiezingen ondermijnt, kan zelfs opruiing (art. 131 Sr) gelden.

I'ld say a right wing government could not prove to be be very stable, there is no track record of ja21 being a stable party, since it has allways been 1 or 2 mp's. Going from 1 to 9 seats is a big leap. We've seen collapses in fast growers before.

Dringend advies aan alle duiders vanavond: de verkiezingsuitslag is geen bingo-avond. Winst voor radicaal- en extreemrechts (PVV, FvD, JA21, BBB) is geen gewoon verkiezingsfeit, maar een alarmsignaal. Het betekent meer haat, meer uitsluiting en een verdere afbraak van de democratie. Benoem dat.
