#frontier Internet has been down for more than a day.

When the service is working, everything is great. Frontier internet really sucks when there's a problem, they are hard to reach and they don't give updates.

On May 5 Pi-Star and WPSD are changing. Instead of using static files to maintain a list of hosts for P25 and NXDN, they will get their host lists from DVREF.

YSF will follow on June 1.

My Dad made this stand light, it was probably in the late 1970's. At that time it had a 500w halogen lamp, very hot and a little dangerous.

I changed it over to an LED light and rewired it, just because the old cord was looking kind of tired.

Posting text on social media feels easy, but videos seem more daunting. However, I'm now comfortable with video posting, realizing it's essential for my channel's success. Persisting in this effort makes it easier, and video editing is simpler than expected.

I recently had an "Aha Moment" about working on my YouTube channel. I've been worried about the technical aspects of making videos. Inspired by a creator that says your first few videos don't get watched. I'm making my first short video and will then focus on longer content.

What does my vision for 2025 entail? I intend to generate content centered around making, crafting or repairing items, exploring amateur radio, participating in outdoor pursuits, and possibly other topics. The purpose of this material is to empower people to fulfill their own goals.

I've felt inadequate and unmotivated, but in 2025, I want to move past these feelings. There are real issues to address this year, and my insecurities aren't worth the worry. I have goals and things to share, so I'm ready to move forward.
