She placed her home to rent with a time served experienced agent
They oversaw a no of works (electricty etc) to make the property fully complaint

The Greens certainly have a role to play in the Senedd election
Every vote counts.
It doesn't take that many to pick up the 6th seat
Forecasted for c 4 Could easily be 6-7

That would be just enough to build themselves a power base with the wafer thin margin expected between Plaid &Reform

An accidental landlord who put the letting of her home into the hands of a reputable company.
They made a mistake. She was running the economy at the time .Perhaps she didn't notice?
Farage would probably place the property in an overseas company & draw the monthly income UK tax free .

Doubting Thomas & his Reform colleagues were quite happy to spin negatively their own patch for a snipe at their own council .
Mocking the small affair in the old village (pictured right) knowing the main event with a proper tree (awaiting dressing) was in the town centre .

Well these selective letting licences are a bear trap.
In her case most unfortunate as she employed a firm of letting agents to let her home
They had a duty of care to ensure the let was compliant
Their fault just an admin error .
Meanwhile Farage forgets who bought his Clacton house 😂
