Dropper v3 is out, bunch of internal changes to the codebase that should make it more reliable to use.

Added LassoSelect, definitely one of the more interesting plugins I developed.

for context, Nekotool is the logical evolution of Catwork. No more of the "Fragment"/"Service" pattern, instead, small (mostly) independent micro-services that you await upon.

also the runtime is built into it because that was a big issue with Catwork
