A long dark night has begun in America

I don’t detest Musk because it’s trendy with a political group. I once idolized the man. I heard his ideas on alternative energy I thought he was a creator of forward thinking dreams. To learn he’s a thief of ideas, a silver spoon that only wants to look backwards is a betrayal. It’s personal.

I’m torn:Target pulled DEI. So 👎🏻 but Ulta (in Target) is doubling down on DEI. Also, small businesses that sell at Target (minority/women owned or Ben and Jerrie’s) have to buy back any unsold products at Target. Which could end some small. So boycott T? Or purchase strategic?

I went to ACLU site but could only find ways to donate $$ which as a single Mom is hard for me. :( I did become a Big at Big Brothers Big Sisters, don’t know that it helps much. But it’s something. If you hear of any walks/protest or others tag me cause I’d be happy to join in those too.

I deleted Target app (😭), my Amazon app, my Publix app. I’ve got a list of companies (Chobani 💔) that donated heavy to Trump and I’m doing my best to boycott them all. I also deleted my Meta app and plan this week to only keep those pages up to direct others to my place here. Put my $ where my👄 is.

They are buying our souls, lucky for them we are willing to sell them dirt cheap. :(
