My speech at “No Kings” — “It’s Time To Surprise Them!”

Was reading the letters of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and came across several interesting passages on his time at a Jesuit college where he studied to become a doctor. He mastered Greek and Latin there, but lamented their cruelty, bigotry, and reliance on fear. He rejected Christianity because of it.

“To preserve this peace, we must be prepared for a possible war both morally and militarily. A change of mentality is needed: we must go into war mode to resolutely deter, protect and maintain peace."

1/5 The No Kings Day protests were a success. Peaceful, massive, and clear.

Americans showed they can stand up to Trump without falling into his traps.

The world saw it. He did too, and his reaction proved the protest's point
