Good luck! I had similar experience of an amazing starter that lost its mojo (whyyyyyyyy????) Luckily my brother taught me to make dried backup so I’ve been feeding up a new batch from backup. Not at full tang level yet but good oven spring, so 🤞🏻🤞🏻
