A Short Hike is a good one! A played it on Switch, so there were no achievements, but I do remember spending a good few hours doing all the stuff. I think it just offers an excuse to keep playing games I enjoy even after beating them. I'm also a huge sucker for stats and watching number go up

Any game can be improved by the addition of achievements and gamer score. Today I finally set up Retro Achievements on a few of my emulators and have been non-productive all day long because of it.

Still been thinking back on my Silent Hill playthrough and how it was genuinely such a good expierence. The atmosphere and sound design in that game is unmatched and seriously impressive for the PS1. Very much looking forward to playing the rest of the series. Shout out to my man Harry Mason
