I'm so tired... But for once I have a fun chore to do. Thank you to my patrons whose support covers expenses like this one when they come up
Bad News: my PC of ~10 years is now terminally crashing when trying to run files of a certain size.
Good News: I get to order a new computer tomorrow.
Bad News Again: it's 2:30 am and getting work done is a devil's gamble every time I open my storyboards

Also I saw a lot of portfolios where you have to click through boards frame by frame. This is the worst, I HATED these portfolios, they are slow and uncomfortable to review. Give me a sheet with a bunch of drawings at once, or give me a timed .mov so I don't get carpal tunnel trying to see your work
I'll add, if you are looking for Storyboard work, don't call yourself a Revisionist in your bio. I had to hire for something recently and I can tell you right now yours were the accounts I passed over without even a glance, it makes you look inexperienced. Dress for the job you want, folks.
Evergreen advice for new artists, remove "Aspiring Artist" or whatever variation out of your bio! Are you making art? Then you're an artist! Life as a creative can be difficult enough as is. Starting off on the path by putting yourself down doesn't help you.

Because anything else is a weather report.
Conflict is so broad that it can be broken into infinite categories: Man vs Man, Man vs Nature, Man vs Self... You asking yourself that question is Man vs Self. If there is no conflict, there is no story.
