I had a panel and spoke genuinely about my love for dinos. The audience had dino specific questions for me at the end & my fellow panelist was impressed with my knowledge. Tbh it's been a hobby for me, but its nice to kinda see myself as someone who's knows a thing about a thing.

I have to be honest, my overall anxiety and depression has been reduced over the years. I just kinda noticed. I think it's partially situational and who knows how I'll feel in the future, but I'm happy for myself as it stands.
