The Red Cross say it'll be a "massive challenge" to find the graves of the last Israeli captives under mountains of rubble from Israel's levelling of Gaza.

Having created a near-impossible task for Hamas, Israel's using it to justify keeping up its genocidal starvation campaign.

It's revealing the importance being placed on Hamas returning the bodies of Israeli captives.

And yet no one cared about Israel's decades-long refusal to hand back many hundreds of bodies of Palestinians it was holding.

Did their families not need a grave to grieve over?

The Guardian joins the chorus pretending a Gaza peace deal was possible because of Trump's "juggernaut" personality.

The truth: without US weapons, Israel would have been unable to wreck Gaza and commit a genocide.

The US could have stopped this from day one, had it wished to.

The title, from @medialens.bsky.social, is powerful.

It can be applied generally on most topics. "He says, she says" is not journalism. "False balancing" amplifies extreme voices disproportionately when not challenged. An avenue for propaganda.
