All teams must post begin posting within the posting period, and will be expected to add their own works to the Ao3 Collections.

Works that aren't completed by November 16th will be rejected from the "complete collection", but may remain in the "all" one.

We're on our final stretch of the event, and this is just an overview of what things are going to look like as we enter the final few weeks before posting begins!

We also ask for all participants to regularly check their provided emails for all communication from us.

WIP WEDNESDAY

For writers, we ask that you share no more than around 150-200 words - enough to share a paragraph you're excited about, or tease a scene you think people might enjoy.

For artists, a small section of the sketch that doesn’t give away the whole concept. For example, if your illustration is of the main couple of the fic holding hands, a small part of the sketch could show just the fingers intertwined (a tantalizing hint of what’s going on! people can speculate but you won’t be giving away the whole game!)

SCHEDULING

In the coming week or so, we will send out a scheduling form to all teams who completed the check-in, where you will have the opportunity to pick your preferred posting dates.

We expect to have around 20 teams posting each week of the posting period, and ideally want to have around 2-3 begin posting per day.

PROMOTION

There will be one final form going out after the schedule is finalised that will be where we collect your fic title, short summary, and (optionally) a snippet, as well as a sneak peak of your artist(s) work(s). This will serve as our promotional post for social media, and we will schedule these posts to go up in line with the scheduled posting date of your team.

Both of these aforementioned forms will be sent to and filled out by the author of each team, but the author must consult with their teams before submitting.
