Humour and ridicule is imo one of the best ways to protest. It makes the oppressors look so dumb and also gives them no excuses if they act with violence.

The evidence went to another school

If only Whately had been part of some organisation that could have done something about this 🤔

If only there was a gif for the scene where Darling shows Meltchett a piece of grass “this is the land we took today” “whats the scale? “No this is the actual land we captured”

In the 70’s our primary school’s gym and dining room were one in the same. The risk of slipping on a rogue chip or pea resulting in face planting into the ‘aparatus’ was significant if your pe was timetabled in the afternoon

Yes it’s great isn’t it. I even managed to hire a car in Europe with some negotiation when I forgot my physical license with the dvla service where you can provide a third party with a link and a code to your license and endorsement details

They’re also widely used in Europe. We host a Ukrainian refugee and she was quite shocked when she arrived in 2022 how ‘behind’ we were.

I’m quite neutral on the ID card debate. I actually think technology wise we’re quite close already lots of gov systems are already linked in the back end look at applying for a driving licence/ passport where you can use a stored photo and the “tell us once” service when someone dies.

Telling your voters you’re going to remove their rights is such a Tory thing to do.

If only there was a mechanism by which the government of the day could rebut such utter drivel 🤔. All we see is a few principled MP’s then 2 weeks later a piece in legacy media nobody reads anymore. Please have a word with your leadership and comms organisation because it’s shambolic at the moment.

Hilariously any household with solar panels and a battery faces this risk but you don’t need planning permission for the them. 👀
