I grew up in Minneapolis and have been dumbfounded at the Administration's decision to make the Twin Cities their poster child for immigrant criminals. It is a vibrant community that takes care of each other.
The people of Minnesota have executed one of the most impressive civil resistance campaigns I can remember:
- Organized a city wide general strike
- Maintained nonviolent discipline amidst violence
- Mobilized 10,000s in subzero temps to protest and watch ICE
- Flipped public opinion against ICE

We need to increase the pressure on the Republican Senators to pass the extension bill when it arrives. My premium payments are going from $700 to $1800. Too many are going to cancel their plans and go without health insurance, then hope and pray they don't get hurt or sick.

All of these new rulings don’t just affect today, they rewrite precedent. Trump still has three years left, and whatever expanded powers the Court hands him now will automatically pass to the next president as well.
