It was a great joy to speak with students in the NAVCAL program at UC Berkeley!

NAVCAL is designed to support re-entry, transfer, first-generation, and historically underrepresented students. This program is invaluable to the community it serves.

Wishing all of the students great success at Cal!

I was proud to stand with AFSCME 3299 today at Cal!

AFSCME represents 40k service workers throughout the UC system. Their work is vital to UC's function and wellbeing, yet they have been without a contract for almost 2 years.

UC must act in good faith and work collectively to come to an agreement.
