Additionally, a lot of "healthy" food I am very wary of RN bc of reduced oversight into food contamination - ie nuts, lettuce. I also struggle with preparing meals most of the time for lunch and rely on microwave ones.

And also I think have made me gain weight(this is a maybe bc I don't know if it's that or a hormone/thyroid issue). I have no problem being fat but I am now not fitting comfortably in my clothes. This is causing a sensory nightmare every day, and also just uncomfortable and inconvenient

I struggle a lot with eating , I do not like eating and I always want to only eat the easiest/most accessible meals. These meals are by nature usually salty/greasy/unhealthy in some way. I have gerd, IBS, other stomach problems. These foods trigger that. They also make my mood bad

The oversized clothes trend for skinny people is so. Hm. When it's on skinny ppl it's trendy but when it's on us Fats it's Lazy and Sloppy. And God forbid the Fats wear tight clothes either. I guess we should just not't exist in public 💗

She died in 2023. Pancreatic cancer sucks. And ugh losing a young relative also sucks :( And I agree it's definitely something you can't understand until it happens to you which explains why it makes people uncomfortable

if you feel it's messing you up, step away. don't assume it's messing everyone up and you need to eradicate it because you caught a case of the feel-bads from something. go sit with that and think about why instead of pissing in everyone else's cheerios.
