the price estimate for Medicare for all seems to imply it's some way-too-expensive pipe dream. I think it's worth noting that the US total healthcare expenditures were around $5B last year, which would be $50B over 10 years (without adding inflation). Not doing M4A is more expensive.

Ya, it's less about which set of beliefs a person holds and more about how they hold them it approach them.

Agnosticism seems more of an approach than an actual belief set. I think it's generally better to humbly say, I'm not sure, than to have total certainly, in particular about cosmology.
