A former roommate flew through SLC and *sobered* up at the airport bar. Couldn’t order doubles and couldn’t order a new drink until the previous one was finished.

Dallas in the 80’s had the same thing – had to buy a membership at each bar and it would be good for a year. Liquor laws can be so weird.

My 19yo too! I’m picking them up in 45 minutes and can’t wait. Now that they’ve flown the coup and had their fist taste of college, they *like* talking to us. It’s truly amazing.
