Isidor on Xhaka: ‘He’s spent 2 years winning at Leverkusen. He’s brought winning mentality, even in training. If quality isn’t there, he screams at you. For example, young Chris Rigg was acting a bit casual at training. He brought him round… had a word, told him to change attitude - and it changed.’
