Sir Dave Brailsford still isn't being given a job title in Ineos comms. I asked the team for one this morning, as it's customary for us to tell our readers who people are, and they declined to provide one, saying it's just 'Sir Dave Brailsford'. Very strange

Great work for CN from @cmbreports.bsky.social – the team guard their information very carefully, but this paints a very interesting picture of the wider context at Ineos

I wrote a complaint to Cycling UK today about their decision to remove trans women from their 100 Women in Cycling Prize.

They are NOT a competitive body, they do leisure & transport cycling advocacy. You can read my letter & copy it if you would like via here:

Ever since I went to a round of X2O and it was literally just a vehicle for drinking beer, eating frietjes and gambling rather than watching any racing my view on the sporting validity of CX has really changed

Takeaways from the UCI registration list that just came out:

- Roland have not applied for a WWT license next year, Cofidis and EF have applied for the spare licenses and should get them
- Q36.5 register as Pinarello-Q36.5, so I think that answers that question
