Just to be clear, I prefer using these versions. Partly because they’re unencumbered with modern AI and other slop features, and partly because the requirements are low and they do exactly what I need, more or less.

Pokemon Legends Z-A is back to an 80 Metacritic Average.

It's not even close to being one of the most critically acclaimed Switch 2 games, even 4 months in, but it's a step in the right direction after how the launches of Scarlet/Violet went.

What does "surprisingly functional" say about the perception of games?

Too many people have come to terms with inferior products at launch. Don't stop requesting a proper standard! The majority of the games still offers a good experience out of the gate, for now, thankfully.

Big outage in Amazon's AWS is causing numerous web services to be out of order. Not a future doomsday scenario, but right now. If you want to use them or something that requires one of these services, having internet will do nothing for you. Stop unnecessary online dependencies!

I feel like Microsoft pays these manufacturers to put Windows on it. Like what other reason would a company like GPD insist on using fucking Windows to this day when Linux has proven better for the overwhelming majority of PC gamers at this point.
