18 U.S.C. § 115: specifically prohibits making threats to murder Members of Congress. The law specifically criminalizes threats against MoC and other high-ranking officials to ensure their safety and the stability of the government. Such threats result in felony charges.
Presidents, who call for the execution of political opponents for asking the military to keep their oath to the constitution, should be immediately removed from office.
