I've went outside to feed my outside cats. And one of my cats came up with this around her.
I grabbed it when I saw it.
She was fine earlier. But came home with this.
How she even got it stuck.
Happy I even saw it on her. Where she got it. I'm not sure.
She's much better now since I took it off.
