Yes I can totally understand that! My prayers for you and me and all who are feeling angry and are clinging on by our finger tips! I see no radical inclusion for us right now! 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️
Beyond “fed up” after 25 years as priest in this institution still searching for this radical inclusion for those of us in LGBTi community-feel “let down”(polite version)by Bishops & feels like self harm staying in this church again! Time to reflect #CofEPeeps www.churchofengland.org/media/press-...
Update on Living in Love and Faith, October 2025 | The Church of England
The House of Bishops has made a series of key decisions in principle on the future direction of the Living in Love and Faith process, which explores questions of relationships, sexuality and marriage.

Today in #Woodlesford we paused for a moment & lit a candle & prayed for those in the #Jewish community a week ago killed & injured in the horrific attack at a Synagogue in #Manchester -also remembered the arson attack at a Mosque in #Sussex -we reject hate in all its forms.🙏❤️

🙏
BREAKING: Sarah Mullally has been named as the 106th Archbishop of Canterbury, the first woman in the role's 1,400-year history
As Yom Kippur ends, our thoughts and prayers are with all those affected by today’s attack in #Manchester.

 The photo has these words:
To everyone in Britain’s
Jewish community:
You are not alone.

We will not let hate or those who spread it win.

We stand with you.
Hugely horrified to hear of this attack on the Jewish community in #Manchester on this most Holy day of Yom Kippur. Our thoughts & prayers & action are there for those bereaved, injured & the Jewish community & all who are living in fear after this attack! 🙏💔

It was a fabulous Pride Church Leeds service last night at Leeds Minster as we celebrated the start of #blackhistorymonth 🖤🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️ It was wonderfully led by Rev Heston and Lydia, with amazing input by friends of @leedslgbtqangels.bsky.social & others! Our next service is Wednesday 12th Nov 7pm #lgbti+
It ws fabulous to represent @marchingout.bsky.social with the wonderful @mishkeatman.bsky.social at the National Diversity Awards - the cathedral was full of amazing people with stories of folk changing the world .. or more often changing the world for one person... time and time again!

I've written to Keir Starmer, Kemi Badenoch and Nigel Farage, urging them to join me in condemning Elon Musk's dangerous remarks inciting violence yesterday.

As leaders, we must stand together and make clear Musk will face serious consequences for these actions.
Letter from Ed Davey to Keir Starmer condemning Elon Musk for inciting violence and urging unity to defend democracy.
I used these great words from my friend Rev’d Heston in my sermon today in #Methley ♥️❤️♥️

There is nothing wrong, or racist, about flying the flag of your country, but the organisers behind Operation Raise the Colours are hardened and extreme far-right activists. @therestpolitics.bsky.social
