Important announcement from NSW health.

This really makes me scream, our mental health system is in crisis. To all the wonderful nurses, doctors, counsellors, pyschologists & social workers filling the gaps thank you.

Mental health matters 🙌

In most cases, probably worse. Physical exhaustion is relatively easily dealt with, whereas emotional exhaustion is much more compounding.
I have no words.

Fucking hell...

If you're talking specifically the US, then ☹️ it's probably going to be beyond the reach of too many. It's an expensive, very expensive procedure at the moment.

Fortunately many other places have excellent universal healthcare.
Your also never going to get the *all* option...there's never going to be an *all* option that will get funded. 🙄
Small wins are better than no wins.

That's not an excuse for not doing better, but a drug that is quite effective and can have a significant impact on the lives of a significant number of women is also nothing to be ignored.
There is still no reliable screening test for pancreatic cancer, testicular cancer (although changes are relatively easy to detect...🤷🏻), ovarian cancer (already noted), many lung cancers, cervical cancer (without invasive screening).

Most decisions on screening come down to risk/reward/cost.

This is a big issue.

But on every issue it seems Albanese and Labor get some sort of free pass because the alternative might be "somewhat more shit".

I'm astounded so many people accept a bar that is so low.
Don't use Google, Facebook, Xitter, or even here.

Start with using Google Scholar.
