The woman shot 7 times by an ICE agent did not have a gun and did not ram his car.

"Marimar Martinez, the woman shot multiple times by ICE in Chicago, has been released from hospital.

She’s retained a lawyer who has seen the body cam footage from the shooting.

Christopher Parente states in it we see she did not have a gun, nor did she ram the ICE vehicle.

The ICE agent taunted her, told her to “do something” and then opened fire.

He wanted violence.

He was the aggressor.

She ended up with seven holes in her body.

The public deserves to see the footage.

I would argue it’s a matter of national security and importance.

People need to know these agents will fire on civilians unprovoked.

The man who shot Ms Martinez needs to be relieved of his duties and charged with attempted murder.

Because that’s exactly what this was."
