It’s certainly one big problem. I hit the cap earlier and earlier every year (I hit it in July this year which is crazy). There should be a progressive solution that takes more money from higher earners (and a portion of capital gains) to shore up the system for all

“come get me” wasn’t so much a threat as a challenge. The “threat” of legal action may seem like a better threat to you, to me it just seems too convoluted and byzantine to threaten someone with “oh just wait until this wends its way through our jurisprudential system, by golly you’ll see!”
