UK label Stiff Records launched in 1976 with Nick Lowe's insanely catchy “So It Goes”.

By the time the label folded in 1987, Stiff also launched (among others) Elvis Costello and Madness.

I started to watch this video about bad 70s sitcoms. One was the short-lived lived adaptation of Paper Moon. Had to shut it off cuz the guy kept mentioning the "forgettable lead actress" and never by name.

It was a pre-fame Jodie Foster.
