A witness in our case had ICE reject all her documents after using facial rec on her.

For her, tho, it seemed like nothing could make them accept that she has a right to be here.

Either way, a gov policy of not trusting gov-issued docs is going to violate lots of people's rights.

I told the officers nearest to me that I had all my paperwork, including my
U.S. Employment Authorization Card, my Social Security Card, my Florida-issued REAL
ID, and my Mexican Passport.
14. The officers walked me to my car and retrieved my paperwork.
15. The officers reviewed my paperwork and used what I believe was facial
recognition to confirm my identity.
16. At first, they seemed satisfied, but another officer (who appeared to be a
supervisor) said that they could not trust my paperwork because “the Biden Administration
made a lot of mistakes.”

After about 20 minutes in zip-ties, the officers decided that they would not let me go, and they replaced my zip-ties with handcuffs and shackles around my legs.
18. I was in shackles for several hours before the officers finally told me that
they were “giving me a second chance” and let me go.

MORE NEWS: The Justice Department seeks an "immediate administrative stay" to prevent the requirement that U.S. Border Patrol Commander Greg Bovino appear daily in the courtroom of Judge Sara Ellis.

The federal government has petitioned this Court for a writ of mandamus directing the district court to vacate its October 28, 2025 order, which in relevant part requires Chief Gregory Bovino, a senior official at U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), to “appear in court, in person,” every weekday “at 5:45 PM” “to report on the use of force activities for each day.” See DE146, at 1.1 As reflected in the attached order, the district court has denied the government’s request to stay that extraordinary and extraordinarily disruptive requirement. Id. Accordingly, the government asks this Court to stay that requirement pending this Court’s disposition of the pending mandamus petition and enter an immediate administrative stay. Indeed, without an immediate administrative stay, the daily appearance requirement that the district court imposed less than 24 hours ago will begin today at 5:45pm. Plaintiffs oppose the stay requests.

The timing means the court is not expected to rule before, at the earliest, November 17, which is a full month after DOJ asked SCOTUS for an immediate administrative stay and stay pending appeal.

This is a big, if temporary, punt.

Really is Christmas for Criminals out there because all the federal agents and federal prosecutors aren't doing anything about real crime, they're spending their time either kidnapping people or prosecuting stuff like this:

It was further part of the conspiracy that the co-conspirators, including RABBITT, ABUGHAZALEH, MARTIN, SHARP, STRAW and WALSH, physically hindered and impeded Agent A and the Government Vehicle such that Agent A was forced to drive at an extremely slow rate of speed to avoid injuring any of the conspirators and in doing so slowly progressed towards the BSSA to discharge the duties of his office.

got to Target minutes after ICE kidnapped someone. Spoke to people otg who said they were probably staging at Rosehill. Drove over to Rosehill, another patroller I saw was talking to an employee. Patroller said ICE was using A CEMETERY AS A HOME BASE for kidnapping people in our neighborhood.
