Rewatching criminal minds. I always hated the episode with Carl Buford S2E12. Everybody deserves to talk about their trauma with who and when they want to. It sucked that all of his trauma had to be laid out for (yes they are like family) his coworkers. Like damn. #criminalminds

Grieving the loss of my Dad even though he is still here is hard. I went no contact recently due to being tired of being hurt by his empty promises, & no action. The guilt of am I doing the right thing & the pain of knowing he’s still here but I’m not worth changing for to him hits hard.
