They say we should cover our bodies in public because it’s sexual to be naked. But people only sexualise nudity because we cover our bodies all the time. It’s circular reasoning that leads to all sorts of sexual crimes and poor mental health. Let’s break this vicious cycle.

What a fun and funny short film! It’s a pity they blurred things again, though. This is exactly a humorous way to show that nudity can simply exist without any sexual connotation.

This Sunday I’m having a little DIY day. This morning I already painted a wall in the kitchen, and now I’ve prepared a wall in the hallway for some new wallpaper. A morning well spent.

Luckily, I don’t have to wear a tight suit at the office, and I even walk around in my socks. On my work-from-home day, I wear the most comfortable outfit of all. Lunchtime 😊

The temperature is still warm enough for crying shorts and shirt. This morning I was cycling all alone on a dark bike path. I couldn’t resist the temptation to ride naked for a while. It felt wonderful to cycle in the drizzle with nothing on.

Autumn has now definitely begun. Temperatures are dropping and the days are getting shorter. For now, no naturist walks or bike rides. Fortunately, I have beautiful memories of the past summer.

It can definitely be nice to talk with like-minded people from time to time. I don’t know that many, especially not nearby. I'd like to be more open, but that makes my husband uncomfortable, and I don’t want that either. Right now we have a good balance, and I’m trying to take small steps forward.

Exactly, and that’s the most important thing: being our comfortable selves. I think we’re doing a great job at that together, even though he sometimes still struggles with the fact that I feel most comfortable without clothes.
