Oh no! How in the world did you tear a ligament in a swim workout?! Strain, I can understand. But tear? That has to be some hardcore workout! Did the pool have water in it?🤭 Seriously—be a good patient & follow your doc’s orders. Soft tissue tears take longer than bone to heal. ❤️
