Lucky is an independent train conductor who delivers supplies to other businesses
he started off as a taxi driver, but won big in Pence's gambling den, allowing him to start his own business appropriately named "Crossing"
despite his wealth, he is very generous to others

#24 - Tinker

Tinker is an employee at a nuclear power plant hidden away from the city
he, and the other employees, are tasked to engineer weaponry for war against their knowledge
they are isolated from the city in the event that a disaster happens at the plant, causing all of the employees to die

an attempt to make a modified onyx minotaur by OK gone horribly wrong, leaving her paralyzed from the waist down and in constant, unending agony
she too is being experimented on for as long as she shall live

Revere is one of the first modbear humanoids to be created... she was, however, a colossal failure
hypersensitive to stimuli, barely able to function, and crazed, she remains in OK's labs to be experimented on for eternity
she often breaks into insane laughter

#19 - Thesis

Thesis is a minotaur who wandered the Kid A Mnesia Exhibition maze for nearly two decades, his skin staining green and hooves wearing away over time
once he finally escaped and made it to the city, he was instantly kidnapped and sent out into war in the UK army... until he dies

#18 - Twisted

Twisted was first intended to become an employee at a random location, however he escaped the OK laboratory and found his way into Pence's gambling den
Pence hired Twisted against his will and slowly warped his mind around greed, turning his personality right on its head

#17 - Thaw

Thaw was a former employee working under very poor conditions for several years
one day, he snapped, and murdered the entire modbear humanoid staff of the factory to help "free them" from their torment
he then ran away into the woods, a deep hatred of humans slowly growing in him

he had his DNA extracted by OK (the science lab creating modbear humanoids) and was tossed into the woods to die
he however managed to survive and now goes around trying to understand and promote peace

Pence is an extremely money-hungry loan shark who runs a successful casino
for most of Tall Tales, he helps Trademark keep WASTE afloat, however, with Pence, there are always strings attached, and when Trademark can't pay him back, he gets a little... aggressive !

Despa is a sewer vigilante who, much like robin hood, takes from the rich and gives to the poor
she has DID with five alters, most of whom follow the same morality, besides her exact fictive of Despot who hoards riches for himself

#13 - Peak

Peak is the anti-hero of Tall Tales, once an employee like every modbear humanoid, he escaped the city and now lives in the forest so long as he is a fugitive
over time, he meets several other escapees who teach Peak that violence is not always the answer to his problems (being CEOs)
