I had that same thought too! I considered it, but decided to just give the riolu her own matching scarf since I want the honedge to kind of hover over her shoulder, and the ribbon looked strained wrapping around her neck. xD

I wanted to make a pokemon fusion and the random generator gave me vulpix/golurk! Since they both have two stages I just drew the evolution line.
