Finished my rewatch of Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrell. The changes they made from the book still work quite well for me. It is different but I am still quite fond of it.
I do think though the Gentleman is much creepier in the book cause everyone is just so obviously at his mercy.

13 white geese live inside the Cathedral in Barcelona which I did not know and thought was a great surprise.
They were sleepy already and made content noises. One nibbled at my hand looking for food (there was none) and I got to sort of pet it.
It was excellent. 13/10
