I had an opportunity to stop by the Harvey Woodworking headquarters recently. It was amazing to see the setup and the showroom with some of their amazing tools. I definitely could use one of the dust processors in the shop next.

I just added the new Kreg 20V Ionic Drive™ 1/4" Trim Router kit to my shop and I am putting it to use today rounding over some edges on these pieces of wood. It uses the new Kreg 20V Blue Ion batteries so you don't have to worry about cords getting in the way.

I just added the new Kreg 20V Ionic Drive™ 1/4" Trim Router kit to my shop and I am putting it to use today rounding over some edges on these pieces of wood. It uses the new Kreg 20V Blue Ion batteries so you don't have to worry about cords getting in the way.

The next test for the Oliver 8" helical head jointer was running the face of a piece of poplar through it. A couple passes and the face of this board liked and felt like is was already sanded. You can see in the video there were no blade marks..

I got the Oliver Machinery 4235.230 8” jointer and needed a mobile base. This jointer is pretty long, which is great for the 72” long bed, but doesn’t allow for a lot of swivel mobile base options.

I got the Oliver Machinery 4235.230 8” jointer and needed a mobile base. This jointer is pretty long, which is great for the 72” long bed, but doesn’t allow for a lot of swivel mobile base options.

I just got this Dust Right full-size air filtration system from Rockler to try out. I am hanging this above my CNC since that is one of the biggest points of dust. Looking forward to having cleaner air in the shop with this system since it will filter air down to 1 micron.
