Can confirm! As if the ICE ads weren't enough, this shitty "customer service" is plenty in itself. Lost two premium customers from my family tonight.

I did! I switched to Tidal's family plan (about the same price as Spotify was), which pays artists more AND has better audio quality!

I used TuneMyMusic for $5.50, which seamlessly transferred all my playlists and was worth every penny.

Definitely worth the move. Wish I'd done it sooner!

On TuneMyMusic, I signed up for the $5.50 plan, walked through the steps of transferring, then cancelled recurring subscription. (Easy! Would use again! 👍)

Not sure with Amazon specifically, but I think it can transfer playlists between most all bigger music platforms so it's probably supported.
