Ok so after watching chara talk about it I feel like it's my turn even if nobody gives a shit I need to talk about this, so yeah very long thread time about why wellstrings kit power should stay at this level.

Genuinely wellstring should be higher. It would be really hard for me to describe why it’s good but I gen think in all mode its better than flux and dread n stuff like that (not in that role tho obvi). But like wellstring has the potential, but no true representatives.

Honestly I rarely ever vod review myself, I instead watch the best jps and try to focus on thinking and doing like them. I focus a lot more on learning what to do right rather than avoiding niche mistakes. Plus if I make a mistake I’ll just notice it mid game anyways. Not saying vodding is bad btw

As far as I’m aware nobody really runs a slow coolerless comp at top lvl nowadays, in the west or jp. It’s just not a strategy that succeeds at that level so even if there is like a team running stuff like that, it would just be them basically. Also moonlight doesnt play coolerless as far as I know

Also I'm obvi not the actual players nor am I repeating their words, but I feel like as a wellstring and analyst I should have a stronger idea of this than most people. I'll see if I can look more into it than just theory though.

I think quite literally what the bow does is just "play a bit faster and can play in more spots", which sounds like not that detailed or important, but it really has an affect on how it flows.

Bow can just play a bit more aggro and a bit faster with it being able to partial charge and arch shots and somewhat ledge goblin ig if you wanna call it that. Bow just is able to provide pressure that stuff like chargers or splatlings couldn't and that can be worth.

Honestly I think I finally understand why the comp works. I personally think stringer is bad, but thats mostly cause it sucks at defending itself and it wants to be in aggro positions at the same time. However roller helps defend it and tent works with roller and coolerless at the same time.

I play solo most times I have free time unless I don’t feel like playing splat. I think solo is a good form of practice and can be fun as well. If someone cant handle solo because of getting mad at teammates or doing poorly in solo, then often it is a sign to work on that and its not solo qs problem
