The “opinion” piece says anyone deemed non-essential is “fat” to be trimmed & that it’s questionable whether they deserve back pay for not working. Is paying bills optional too?

1. Correction we are allowed to check for RIF Notices since they’re personnel actions however most aren’t or think they can’t.

2. Update I saw a number of more than 400 at HUD.

3. They appear to be eliminating entire positions. This prevents reassignment.
